tsarism:

Glaswegian boys strolling the sidewalk of a vacant and condemned tenement public housing project in Barlanark district, Glasgow, Scotland. The apartment blocks were built after WWII to replace ghetto neighborhoods of Glasgow and improve working class housing. However, the buildings developed extreme dampness and mold that made them uninhabitable. Barlanark district is south of of the Easterhouse district of Glasgow.
