This gif bugged me because the episode actually is about MLK. The episode is a dream Huey has where MLK actually went into a coma for 30 years after being shot and then woke up. This is the transcript of the scene right before Huey throws the chair (an interview on FOX News):

MLK: And so the philosophy of this new political party might be considered extremely leftist by some—
FOX Anchor: Do you love America?
MLK: I’m sorry?
FOX Anchor: You sure as hell are, buddy. Why can’t liberals ever answer that question with a simple yes, huh? If you ask me if I love America, I say yes! Why can’t you say yes? Say you love America right now. Say it.
